Scott provided us with amazing service. This was our first time selling a home and we were moving out of state as well. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable and provided great guidance and insight every step of the way. We had many questions and he always available and responsive to help us any way he could.

We worked with Scott as both a buyer and a seller and could not have had better services. Scott is very knowledgeable in the realty business, but also very good at sharing that knowledge and making his clients smarter! Scott always came to our "meetings" - either in person or over the phone, very well prepared. He clearly does he research to provide the best possible service to his clients. Scott responded very quickly to all our questions (even the silly ones!). He has incredible attention to detail and great communication skills.

I cannot say enough great things about Scott's service! My son was in a hurry to find a house to live in while attending college in Baton Rouge, but we live in Missouri and had limited time to be in Baton Rouge to find a house. Scott contacted us to find out what we were looking for and hit the ground running. Within a few days, he had sent us several listings to review and had even met with the sales staff at 2 new subdivisions. We made one trip to Baton Rouge within a week and met Scott for a 6-hour marathon session seeing all the house we were interested in - Scott had scheduled appointments perfectly for the entire day. Scott also had great knowledge of all neighborhoods, pros and cons, and was completely forthright with all his knowledge. We made a decision on a house the next day, emailed Scott and he had a contract written up and submitted that same day! Scott also helped us find an inspector, set it up, and was kind enough to attend the inspection in our absence since we had to be back at work in Missouri. We plan to close on May 10, just a little over a month after first contact with Scott! We are in good hands with Scott and give him the highest recommendation!

We used Scott when we bought our first home nine years ago. He was so patient with us as first time buyers and helped us find our perfect starter home. We liked him so much that we used him again to sell that starter home and upgrade to a bigger property with more land. He is always quick to respond to any questions that we had and made the process go very smoothly.

Scott was excellent to work with from start to finish. He was very thorough in preparing us for the process and keeping us informed every step of the way. He was always extremely responsive and patient in answering all our questions. I couldn't ask for a better realtor.

After several tries I found Scott Saporito and he now takes care of all my real estate needs in the area. The thing I like best about him is I never have to worry about things. When Scott says he will take care of something I know it will be done and done right. You can't go wrong picking Scott as your agent.

He was very helpful in providing us with a detailed video so we could view it during the pandemic without actually getting out. He was willing to find answers to some of my off the wall questions. He's on top of everything that needs to be done during the process.

We recently used Scott to sell or rent our sons town-home near LSU. Scott was our second realtor and came highly recommended. We knew the market was tough because of overbuilding in the LSU area and because freshmen now have to live on campus.After much effort,Scott was able to find a qualified buyer . The sales price fairly reflected market conditions.Still the buyer tried to chisel us down several times after the contract to buy was signed but before we closed. Instead of taking the easy way out, Scott insisted, successfully, that the buyer comply with our contract. Really could not ask for a better realtor. A true professional.

I highly recommend Scott to first time homebuyers and sellers. He's extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process and was able to answer all of my questions. We were first time home buyers moving from Texas to Baton Rouge. I don't think the transition to a new city would have been this easy without Scott's expertise. He helped us navigate the BR market and home buying process with ease. No question, email, or phone call went unanswered. Can't say enough good things about Scott!! I would recommend him to anyone considering buying a home.
